ARB Settles 25 Cases of Hair Styling VOC Violations

California agency says settlements mitigated 36 tons of emissions.

California’s Air Resources Board announced that over the pastseven months it has settled 25 air quality violation casesinvolving hairstyling and hairspray products, primarily forexceeding state limits for volatile organic compounds (VOCs).
